2. Scope of Services

PrimeDwell offers:

• Personalized consulting and arrangement of viewings for high-end apartments (the “Services”);
• Digital guides and publications regarding luxury living standards (the “Info Products”);
• Physical items such as branded merchandise (the “Goods”).

3. Fees and Charges

All fees are listed on our site and in any quote provided. You agree to pay all fees in full at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing. Prices and rates are subject to change, but any change will not affect purchases already confirmed.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Any deposit paid to secure a consultation or viewing schedule is non-refundable due to the allocation of staff time and resources. However, you may postpone a scheduled appointment by giving written notice at least 72 hours before the appointment. Postponement is allowed once per engagement without additional charge; further changes may incur a standard rescheduling fee.

4.2 Info Products

If you have purchased a digital guide and have not accessed or downloaded it, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing our support team. Once the guide has been downloaded or access has been granted, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded.

4.3 Goods

Physical items may be sent back in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To initiate a shipment back, contact our support. You are responsible for shipping costs. We will issue the refund to the original payment instrument within 14 days of receiving the item.

5. Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule Services must be submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. We will confirm the new date based on availability. Info Products and Goods orders cannot be rescheduled once delivery has begun.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on primedwell.top. Continued use of our site or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
